To qualify, bookings and payment must be received at Esther Price Promotions by Friday June 20, 2008. Any late payments will incur an additional invoice for $110, being the balance of the full registration fee.

Accommodation
We ask that all delegates take care of their own accommodation, meaning greater control by delegates to meet their individual needs.
A list of available accommodation in Adelaide is available on the conference website for your convenience.
Payment Policy
All delegates must be paid in full 30 days prior to the conference.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to and including August 22 will be refunded, less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be available after that point, however substitution of delegates will be accepted.
Insurance
Participations shall be regarded as carrying their own risk for personal injury or loss of property, including baggage, during the Conference. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking your travel you take out travel insurance policy of your choice. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.
